J D Jones Roof Crafters did a great job fixing my roof leak, resealing my ridge transitions, cleaning the debris from my cricket area near my garage, installing collars on vent pipes, and removing dry-rot from barge rafters. Customer Service was great. Thank you!

Quality work!! Always on time and the workers worked hard to get all done in a great time frame. They replaced all wood that was in bad and did an excellent job. Even painted my vents a coordinating color! Keith was always there to answer any questions and concerns. I could not have asked for a more professional job!!

We had several cracked tiles and some water damage. They came out quickly to do an estimate and they worked with us on tight schedule so we could get the work done before out house was painted. Jeanie was wonderful to work with and the crew was on time and worked quickly. Thanks:)

Arrived on time with all necessary materials. Removed and replaced damaged plywood. Put down new moisture barrier and flashing (edge of roof) and Installed new shingles. They left the work area and our driveway clean - no stray nails. We couldnâ t be happier.

I wish that I should ask pictures of works they did on the roof since I canâ t go up there. I believed that Keith was the one came to see whatâ s going on and took pictures and saw to me. Since I know whatâ s going on up there if those guys who actually did jobs also took pictures of it then I would know what they fixed. All I can do is trusted job they did by words.

Company was quick to send someone out to evaluate the leak we had on our tile roof. They emailed an estimate we had the leak repaired the second day. Great customer service. Would hire them again..
