Came out and made necessary repairs on the spot.

They were prompt in scheduling an appointment. The repairman quickly identified the problem causing the leak in my roof. An estimate was given which was very reasonable, and the work completed on the same visit.

Rod came out and resealed our leaking roof vent - same day service. If we get rain next week we will know if the problem is resolved or if we need to replace the vent. Rod has been working on roofs for years so I feel comfortable with his approach. Very reasonable.

This process was easy and affordable. Excellent customer service and great communication throughout the project. Great job!

Got the roof replace by them. After the first rain, I discovered a little leak and they come out and corrected it right away. Now the roof leak free even after the recent heavy rain storm. They used top quality materials and offer great value for your money. I will recommend it to anyone who need a good roofer.

When we were looking at getting our worn-out old roof replaced we contacted several companies, but most were less than impressive. Either they failed to show up on time (or at all), or their estimate was much higher than the average listed by Home Advisor for our area (even though we have a small house with a straight-forward roof layout), or they were trying to pressure us into buying extras we knew we didn't need. JD Jones Roof Crafters were the only ones to show up on time every time, and to respond promptly to us each time we contacted them. They provided an estimate very quickly, and it was much more in line with what we were expecting - actually a little bit less! They didn't try to sell us extras, but gave good recommendations on what we should and shouldn't do. These factors, plus their excellent reviews here on Home Advisor, made us feel very comfortable with hiring them for the job. Their on-site crew were great. Once the old roof was removed they were here right on time the next day, and had the job done within two days. They were quick, efficient and friendly, and cleaned up well after themselves. And Jeanie and Nicole in the office were very helpful and always quick to answer our questions and concerns. Once the roof was complete Jeanie worked quickly to get the inspector out, and he approved their work. We are delighted with our new roof! A rain storm has come in since, and it's coped so much better than the tired old roof did. The new roof looks fantastic, and we couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Roof Crafters for replacing roofs! They are a reliable, professional company who genuinely seem to care about doing a great job for a reasonable price.

Rod was the who inspected my cement tile roof, explained and showed me the problem, and discussed what should be done. You could tell he was very knowledgeable and experienced in this kind of work. He performed the work very quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased.
