Just had a furnace tune up done at my residence. The young technician, Jesus Morales, showed up on time and he did a great job in performing the thorough inspection to ensure that the system was working properly. I want thank Southland Heating for their seasonal reminders and deals.

Chris, the technician, was so knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the entire system to me and recommended a couple of changes that Ià ¢à  à  m so grateful he brought up. I have new confidence in the system, after a little hiccup, and I now feel that Ià ¢à  à  m getting excellent value for my investment. He remembered to let me know when he would be arriving at the property, and he remembered to call me when the service appointment was complete. Thank you Chris!

A Great company

Have 4 Fujitsu split A/C zone units with 2 compressors. 1 compressor runs large unit, other runs 3 smaller rooms units. Very Efficient. Purchased from Southland. Heat in winter, Cools in summer. Service was normal routine cleaning and efficiency check on all equipment. Christopher was the tech. Great service, informative, and helpful info. Highly recommend both the system and the company Southland Heating and Air Conditioning.

Great company! They are the original installers of my central air conditioning and heating system . They service both systems once a year, Fall/Winter for heating and Spring/Summer for a/c. I would definitely recommend this company for installation and service!

Southland added AC to our home and updated heating and ducts. They did an outstanding job and are always on time an courteous.

Had a full Hybrid Heat Pump installed. They were supposed to take 6-7 hours, but it took about 11. It's fine since I wasn't living in my home yet, and it was a massive job of relocating furnace, etc. Dave is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the needs of homeowners. Financing available and they did a really solid job.

Dave, the owner of the company responded right away and came out to the house for a consultation. (We needed a whole new system; furnace, AC condenser, all new ducts, and additional registers. We also needed a roof fan in the garage to keep it from getting too hot in there). He was very professional, addressed all our questions and concerns (we had many!), and had a bid to us within 24 hours. We met with other companies as well, but the professionalism and interest in what we wanted were not to the level we experienced with Dave. They wanted to sell us what they wanted us to buy and did not hear our concerns. We scheduled installation and everything went as planned and our system is working beautifully and exactly to our specifications!! I will gladly recommend Southland Heating and Air without hesitation.
