Absolute pros. David the owner was easy to deal with and I felt he genuinely wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. The foreman, Rudy, did everything I asked of him and was very easy to work with. His helpers were respectful and pleasant to be around. My initial consultation was with another man named David. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and available for questions. Installing central air conditioning is an expensive undertaking, but this company was very professional. Southland was the only contractor that did not subject us to any pressure tactics or gimmicks, did not offer things we didn't want, did not oversize the system, and could do the job within a week of quote. It was night and day compared to others.

Very courteous, knowledgeable, prompt. and really good service. Still waiting for the final inspection, but I don't anticipate any problem.

Technician responded same day. Replaced old furnace/fan the next day. Threw in a free wi-fi thermostat. Works great! They had to come out a few days later to replace a faulty transformer in the new furnace/fan. Good, prompt service!

Amazing experience from first call to installation.
