Installed a new furnace and re routed the return The team of workers were very efficient and professional and did a beautiful job���Amazing clean up������...would never know they had been here, except now I have heat in my house !

Repaired existing furnace whereas another company wanted to replace and also enlarge space that was needed for new furnace. Repairman was bit by spider and had a bad reaction to it . Needed a hospital visit but was nice enough to come back same day and finish job. Won my wife and me over with that type of dedication. Original estimate and final price were the same.

The certified attendee was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He had all the supplies he needed, clean, pleasant and respectful. Made everything he did known to me in understandable terms.

We were told by the gas company that it was the thermostat but he found out that it was some wires disconnected.

I could not be any happier with the service provided by Southland, they run the installation in a team format and I tell you they have it down to a science. They made sure to cover everything and left my home the way they found it. Well almost they left behind a very happy client with an amazing A/C & Heating system. I needed everything including duck work so it took all day. These are are real pros..so glad I chose them. The owner of the business Ray stopped by to give me a walk through and explain everything that was being done. If you are looking for A/C or Heating or both call these guys, you won't regret it.
