My first contact with Southland Heating & Air Conditioning was with Johanna via phone. She was so helpful and contacted my tenant to set up an appointment ASAP. She followed up and contacted me with the date and time the service tech would arrive. Dan came out to my condo arriving on time, diagnosed the problem and repaired the coolant leak record time. So thankful that this company has such quality employees who are professional & courteous. If you have a heating or air conditioning need you don't need to look any further. Thanks Southland!

My system was installed as agreed and when i had a question always either spoke to Matt or received a call back. After the installation, I had a few questions and they were always addressed. Always felt valued as a customer. This is a fair and reasonable co.
