They did what they said they would do. Sadly, that's not as common as it should be. Fair price, done when they said it'd be done. Also, the installed a furnace at the same time.

We had several companies come out and give us estimates and Southland was the last so we knew what we wanted to replace the Furnace. Matt Alba explained everything very well and didn't try to oversell. Rudy the forman and his crew came and took care of the installation and cleaned up very nicely.. We had checked on line about all the contractor companies and felt that Southland would be the best company to do the work. Very happy we choose them as everything was explained to us including using the new digital thermostat.

One day complete installation. Very easy to set up the project for the following week. I utized the HERO program and love my new air system.

As a result of the professional expertise of Mr. Mathew Alba, a member of the family run business of Southland Heating and Air Conditioning and Mathew's clear explanation, good advice, honesty, customer friendly attitude, good suggestions, and help in obtaining energy rebates, enabled me to quickly eliminate other HVAC contractors to favor Southland Heating and Air Conditioning to perform and complete the work at my residence. On the day of the job the workers were prompt, very organized, and everyone worked non-stop until the work was completed. Mr. Willie Torres, lead foreman and everyone on his work crew, from Southland Heating and Air Conditioning performed high quality work, were very efficient, and installed everything in much less than eight hours. Considering the amount of work that needed to be done, I was very impressed. This major heating improvement has already made a difference in the heating comfort, and it is certain that the energy savings alone made this upgrade worth every dollar spent. As a customer, if I had to do this all over again, my first and last choice would be Southland Heating and Air Conditioning.
