We added an A/C unit to our existing heating system. I got three quotes: a very large company, a very small company, and Southland. From the first sales call through final installation the Southland Air team has been top rate. The job was explained thoroughly, they showed up on time and were done in less than a day. The workers were clean, polite, and kept the premises spotless. The office staff answered all our questions. If service after sale is as good as this - I'm in! Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but absolutely the best value.

Southland AC was terrific from start to finish. It was a complete redesign of the entire HVAC: ductwork in the attic, new furnace relocated in attic. John sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, efficient. Crew was great. 12 guys showed up in two trucks, worked 11 hours, did whole job in 1 day, low impact, neat, courteous, no hassles, no meshugana, cleaned up, left the house cleaner than when they came! At 7 PM, the foreman suggested I pay with CC instead of check to get points for travel! "We'll call you in the morning for the CC info." Yikes! There really are competent, courteous and reputable businesses and people left in this world! Too bad Southland AC can't run for Congress and President! Maybe they could chill or heat things up in Washington as needed, so we can make America great again!
