Got new duct work, new grilles on vents and returns, and they cut an extra return. There ducts needed a little tweaking for airflow after the install, but they came back and took a look at everything and spent a couple extra hours getting it just right, with balanced airflow in all rooms. Customer service and communication could not have been better. They had great follow-up and worked with me until I was happy.

They were hear for an estimate within hours of my inquiry and a team was here the following day to install my new heat pump. FYI, I also called Sears. They said they don't handle heat pumps.

Very professional. Very knowledgeable. These guys completely replaced my HVAC system in 3 hrs! And then...the owner called and said his original quote included some replacement ductwork and a new pad for the AC unit..however the onsite crew didn't think it was needed, so he REDUCED my bill by $2,000!! Who does that?! That kind of honesty & integrity deserves to be noted and applauded. Job well done, Southland!
