Did a great job a couple of years ago on a repair and then did a complete system check and review while they were here. They are now my HVAC source. They call to remind of maintenance visits. Very professional.

Company re-scheduled the appointment two times. I had to finish installing couple of screws after the technician left. He also did not have the right filter size, had to cut one with scissors.

Installed a replacement system. Fast and professional.

They are too expensive to use for the repairs - but they were nice enough to tell me what was not working - and I fixed it with internet parts.

Prompt and courteous customer service. Knowledgeable and patient technician that quickly found the problem with our A/C. Hired them to fix the problem.

The Technician, Luis Juarez, explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He made it very easy to understand for someone who does not have the knowledge he has. He gave me good input for the future of my a/c system. I kept his card in case I need to use the company again.

THANK YOU!!! I called in distress last night because there was no cold air coming out of my system and it was over 95 degrees in my home. I thought my old 1978 AC just needed a freon charge. Luis was dispatched the following day and what an awesome technician. He discovered the problem within 5 minutes, fixed it, and checked my entire system out. It was just a poorly and miswired job from the previous company I called a few years ago! I am 65 years old and Luis from Southland Heating and Air Conditioning only charged me the service call. They also gave me a proposal (with NO pressure) to replace my system using the www.californiafirst.org website for financing. I am impressed with this company. They only charged me the initial service fee. You can't go wrong with this company; honest, dependable, fair, and impeccably knowledgeable technician and great service call response time. THANK YOU! Great experience.. Sales agent gave a detailed quote, customer service followed up continually leading unto the appointment.. The team showed up onetime, were professional, got the job done on time. It looks great, its very functional.. Would recommend them over and over again...

I am in the process of purchasing a new HVAC through Southland and my current (still) old furnace was making a loud, strange noise. I called Southland to see if they could help out until they install the new unit. Michelle in the office sent out someone right away. The technician, Luis, diagnosed the problem immediately and corrected the problem. He is an especially courteous person as well. Now our family (including our 6 week old baby) will be able to sleep tonight. Thanks!

They showed up on time, very thorough and clean, showed me everything they were doing according to the contract and finished on time. Very happy with their work. They managed to fit us in during a heat wave. My mom is elderly so that is very important. They fixed the reason for the leak in one day. Recommend.

They send a tech that was not experienced with old units. We have an old unit that needed a leak fix and new refrigerant. The minute the tech saw the unit instead of fixing it he was trying to convince us as of why we needed a new one. Anyway... he never found the leak. He charged the unit with new refrigerant. We paid about $700. Two weeks later the unit is not cooling anymore. We called and they agreed on sending a "senior tech" to fix the leak and charge it for free. The "senior tech" came to our house...not knowing anything about our issue and told us he was there only to see the unit and give us an estimate for a New Unit. This is just to funny...as at the same time our 17 month old baby was having heat exhaustion (94 degrees inside the house)...we decided to just call another company. The other company fixed everything in 2 hrs...and we are not suffering of heat exhaustion anymore.
