They did a very good job of installation but could have done a better job of covering all floors & furniture.

I'm satisfied with the job they did and I'd recommend them to anybody who wants a professional job done on his heating

This was the installation of a Nest thermostat. The technician was pleasant, but appeared to be inexperienced. He had to call someone to determine how to install, because I have the Nest App on my phone for another location. He did not know how to create a second location, so now I have both thermostats (from separate locations) on one location. It works, but can be confusing for others using the App

I called for my annual maintenance, the appointment was made at my convenience, he was on time, very professtional, the job was done in a timely manner. Will call next year for my next annual maintenance and any problem my furnaces may have. So glad I went on Home Advisors. Good Recommendation

Our technician was knowledgeable and professional. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have service done on their HVAC.

They gave me a 4 hour window for next day service in the afternoon. After waiting until the end of the arrival window I gave them a call. Turns out the lady never booked the appointment even though I gave my credit card number and information and confirmed with her. No problem, I decided to give them another shot because she was willing to deduct the $70 show up fee from the invoice if I decided to go with their service. The next day the tech arrives and after spending some time concluded that the furnace needs to be replaced. He then leaves me a quote for an $11,000 system and tells me that repairing your furnace is not worth it because it’s going to break again soon. Dumbfounded, I hired a freelance HVAC technician and after 20 minutes of being in the attic he solves the problem. Turns out the coil that ignites the flame went bad and needed to be replaced ($200). For a company with such a high rating I was expecting better customer service and a solution to my problem not a brand new system. I basically just paid $70 to have someone tell me I need to spend $11k. I Definitely will not recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

I would highly recommend them to all my friends.
