Ryan, Sales Rep, arrived on time, reviewed my concerns, and unleashed his drone to examine my roof. He showed me the drone pics of problem areas and explained the remedies to fix them. He drew up the repair contract, I signed on the spot, and our repair has been scheduled.

Ryan was very straight forward regarding my problem which is repairing termite damage in facias and sheathing. He advised the work could be done when the whole roof needs replacing. When that happens I'll be sure to call LocalRoofs.

Local Roofs was super organized with 5 tiers of professionals from the roofing specialist/estimator to the project manager, field supervisor, and the 3 men on the roof, one being the team leader. My friends said it would be messy and loud and I considered leaving, but in the end, it was perfectly fine and I’m glad I stayed. Coordinating with the inspectors and with Sunburst Skylights to install the 5 skylights was seamless. I received the best warrantees — 10 year leak-proof warrantee on the skylights and 25 year leak-proof warrantee on the roof. They were always on time, friendly and available for answering my never ending questions. They finished in 2 days, ahead of schedule, and left my place spotless, AND gave me the best price!!! I love my new roof and skylights and am grateful to Local Roofs for making the process so easy!
