I hired Shane to install an alarm system but later cancelled. When I call Shane to cancel he said he was going out of town and asked me to call him the following week. I called and this time he hadn't been to the office to write the checked. I called again and this time he hadn't been to the post office. This was two weeks ago and he no longer answers my calls. I don't know if he doesn't plan to issue me a refund or if he can't be bothered or what, but I won't trust him if I were you. This is totally unprofessional. Also, I live on social security and my payment represented nearly a month's benefit. So I'm not just being mean; I truly need that money.

Shane and his sons did an excellent job with the installation and was extremely professional. After the process was complete there were a few minor issues with the equipment ( not the companies fault ) and Shane resolved them quickly to get my system up and running properly. If you are looking for an A+++ rated company in my book go with Champion Security to get the job done right!!

The gentleman who arrived to fix my alarm system was not familiar with the system. After working on the system he informed us the system was very simple to program. He did not try to alarm the system and shortly after he left I was unable to set the alarm. I called an explained that it appeared the wireless sensors were not communicating with the base. I asked if this could be fixed. I was informed they would contact the manufacturer and let me know. I sent emails asking if they were able to determine if the system could be fixed. Unfortunately no reply.
