He had a defective camera and was back the next day to finish the job. Made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. He was dependable and I would highly recommend him.

Aside from the technical aspects of the repair, Shane took the time to explain the system and functionality of the system in a way that was easily understood by me, used plain straightforward language. Spoke to me in a way that made me think he cared and would be available to me by phone if I needed any other assistance.
