The Plumbing Studio employees are all professional, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure to do business with them.
And the project ended up being less expensive than what we had budgeted!
We are considering using them again when we are ready to update our kitchen cabinets and drawers.

Steer clear of this shop. It's very disorganized (some things priced,
some not - some things labelled with model names, some not, etc.) and
the people working there appeared to have way more important things to
do than discuss the various toilets and their pros and cons. (Who knew
there were so many different options when considering what I thought was
such a mundane purchase) I knew the brand I wanted when I walked in,
so was pleasantly surprised when plastered all over the windows and
parking lot that they were having a 50 to 75% off floor models sale.
Don't believe it for a moment - It is total baloney. Since I was intent
on making a toilet purchase as soon as possible, had they been the
least bit pleasant and helpful, I would have bought one of their and quot;Totoand quot;
toilets, even though I was somewhat shocked at the prices even after the
supposed markdowns. Totally frustrated at having to go find someone
every time I had a question, I finally left the store empty handed. I
have since gotten on the and quot;netand quot; to discover that I could buy any one of
their toilets for about the same price and not pay shipping or SALES TAX
(which saves approx. $45.) I still plan on buying from a local store
.................................. but what an eye-opener.

From the day that I ordered the vanity, Ana Powers, the owner, claimed that she would call me when the order went through and she received a freight cost. Not only did she not call me, and I had to call her, but EVERY SINGLE time after that I was the one to initiate the call, with NO FOLLOW-UP from her. She offered no apology for not calling me, and each time was argumentative and abrasive. I basically got the feeling that she was just too busy for me and this order, and that other orders were much more important (read: more $$). It was a terrible experience, and I will never order from them again. The only good part of the experience was that she refunded our money promptly when I canceled my order. ($3,500.00)
