Twice I scheduled an appointment with the company and both times no one came to look at my roof. The second time the S.B.R. contractor called me at work after the scheduled appointment, which was a no show, and informed me that he needed me there to make instant payment on his certification of my roof. The wrong information was given out regarding an estimate vs a certification. The contractor wanted to make up for the mistake by showing up the next day but only after a scheduled appointment with another company. He insisted that he wanted to come after and not before. He never called back. I called the third time to schedule again. I was advise again that a field agent would give me a call to set the appointment. Even after explaining to the S.B.R. dispatcher of the two previous incidents, I'm still waiting for someone to call me, even after six days from the last call I made.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY REALLY HELPED ME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I EXPECTED THE PRICE TO BE HIGHER AND IT WAS NOT.

THE SERVICE TEAM WAS VERY SKILLED. THEY ALL WORKED VERY HARD, AND CLEANED UP AT THE END OF THE DAY. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, AND ALWAYS CHECKED WITH ME BEFORE DOING ANYTHING MORE THAN MY ESTIMATE.
