I rarely write reviews but Ulises and his company Super air really deserve one. I wonâ t go into the long and complicated history with our A/C unit but it was basically raining our kitchen from the coils on the second floor. It was an install problem and the previous owners of our home just hid the problem and sold the house. My wife notice the ceiling in the kitchen sagging with water over a year ago. Since then we have had no less than 8 different companies in our home. All the obvious solutions failed. The basic trend was that they would come out, baffled and stop returning my calls. Some billed us for work that was not necessary and that never helped. I think they were all stumped and didnâ t want to take the job. Ulises was the only one who came up with a good solutions and had the juevos to do it. He base ally had to re-design our system from a blow over coil system to a pull through and put more intakes in the walls. He first changed to coil which I had already priced out for other companies and he was over $1600 less expensive than some and the lowest of the bunch. He then re-configured the system. His solution worked, it was all done on time and as scheduled and the price was very fair. The workmanship was excellent and I trusted his whole crew to be in our home e en when we were not there without a second thought. We have a lovely craftsman home in Redlands but for the last year there have been giant buckets in our kitchen and constant dripping whenever the A/C was on. Ulises and his guys fixed problem that many others couldnâ t. I canâ t give a more heartfelt endorsement. I will never go any where else and neither should you!

Little on the pricey side.

Super Air provided excellent service from the first contact by phone to completing the repairs on our heater. Accurately diagnosed problem with heater, took care of warranty coverage, completed repairs in a timely manner. I will gladly have them take care of any future repairs or new purchases.

Tech knew exactly the problem when I explained what was going on. Fixed the the problem with no issues.

My Ac was not giving the cool air. I called super air. Ulises came on the next day, and gave me the clear details about what to be done along with estimate. Next week, he came and did the repair, also explained me what was done. He checked all the vents making sure everything is good. Good customer service, very professional, value for the money. I strongly recommend this company

We contacted two other Home Advisor Pros.. They all came out, Both charged a service fee, which we paid and both gave us two very different diagnosis. These guys advised us that it was a loose wire and repaired it. We would recommend this company.

It was a bit expensive $650 to clean my unit but when that didnt help the problem they had no problem coming back to fix it again for free. The second time they brought three guys and got the job done really fast.

Super Air was the first company I called using this App. Ulysses called me back within only a couple minutes and was able to arrange a visit the following day to check out a broken pan on our evaporating coil, super fast response! I could tell he had a very honest review of the problem and for the size of the job required it was a more than a fair price. The team showed up on time and was done with the job right on the time suggested it would take. The work itself was very clean and you can tell they have great respect for their work. Everything works great now, we have cool air again! Great job and highly recommended!
