Had an appointment and had to take vacation time to leave work early for appointment. Called to confirm before leaving work that appointment would take place as scheduled (between 3-5 pm). Plumbing never showed. Plumber called at 7:30 pm and said he just became aware of appointment. Lady from the office that I had spoken to then called and tried to blame the no show/no call on me because I had rescheduled "multiple times". (I rescheduled the appoint ONCE with 2 days notice.) Then she changed her story to say the plumber had a job that ran over. Okay, but why no call and why was I not informed when I called to confirm before leaving work? Not professional office staff.

Goor communication from the company. They called to set up the job and gave me a timeframe, then texted to tell me the plumber was n his way, along with his photo. Robert arrived wearing a mask. He was polite and helpful. I was given 2 repair options & he was able to complete the repair in a shorter time than estimated. He showed me the problem & also showed me the damaged pipes, all the "gunk" he cleaned out, & the repaired section of pipe. He cleaned up afterward. so far, all is working as it should.

John E. was the plumber sent to my residence for an estimate. I showed him the work I wanted done and he gave me a reasonably fair estimate to get it completed. I have a feeling I could have shopped around for contractors more and found a better price. However sometimes you have to put your comfort level with the person above pricing. In other words, you get what you pay for most of the time. He was great to have around while working. After he finished we tested everything and it tested out OK.

Second time I have used Sweet. Two different plumbers. Both amazing. The most recent one, last Saturday, Mike E. was my assigned plumber to help me with some work that I needed to do for my elderly neighbor. His patience and calm demeaner made the process possible - as my neighbor can be a little stubborn and forgetful. His work was excellent and the pricing fair. (Three jobs, leak under since, needed heat to fix, new regulator and an outside leak that turned out to be quite difficult = $500) I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

This company was amazing! Johnny the plumber was extremely knowledgeable and the water mitigation crew was excellent. The came the same day I called and got the job completed in less than a week and it was a BIG job. I would 100% use them again.
