I left messages to speak with management, no one called back. The work did not meet the installation dimensions for the stove to fit in.

Sweetwater Plumbing called us immediately after we submitted our work request. The plumber arrived a bit outside of the initial time estimate, but he arrived ready to start the job. And he finished it in one visit. He was very professional -- a good listener, quick to quote us a job price, honest about his experience, and didn't try to oversell us on services. If we have plumbing work in the future we will definitely go with this company again.

Highly recommend! Sweetwater called right away in response to my online inquiry and came out that same day. We had a backed up bathroom sink and needed two leaky outdoor faucets repaired. They gave a free, reasonable estimate and after a quick trip for supplies, completed all our jobs within a couple of hours. Very polite, clean and efficient. They even sent a thank you card! Will definitely be our new go-to provider for plumbing needs.

Technician Ruben was able to spot where the issue with the water heater and he also able to fix it right away. I have asked 3 other plumbing company for bid they all recommend to replace the water heater. So Sweetwater literally saved me thousands!! Thank you!
