They accidently plugged my shower drain. When they replaced the toilet drain. They plugged my shower by mistake.

They left a mess,,,hand prints on the walls, dust in just about every room in the house, scratched a new granite sink top, the toilet rocks from side-to-side, and the driveway was covered with dirt and sand.

This company is awesome. They came to my rescue when I had a second leak from another company. I had been waiting 2 hours for that company to come out. Then hired them on the spot to re pipe the house. Very professional courteous and made sure everything was cleaned up.

Zero star! They came in to fix a leaking sink and ended up talking me into placing a pressure regulator for the house. The plumber told me my house did not have one and it will cause the pipes to blow. This sounded odd, but he assured me this was the case and charged me $450. Couple of months later I had another plumber come by for something else and showed me the existing regulator exactly where it was supposed to be, next to the main valve. I called sweet water 5 times to figure out why they did this and the supervisor never called me back. I reported them to the BBB.
