Do NOT use this company, especially if your project is not in the Inland Empire. My work was rescheduled 3 different times by 2 different techs. Both techs complained about how far my house was from the 951, one even called it "the boonies". Each appointment resulted in the same manner... no call during the hour of appointment... I had to call after an hour into the scheduled appointment time... a weak attempt to stall... 3 hours later... "I just can't make it way out there in time". This happened 3x! No follow up from dispatch or any kind of customer service. This is clearly not a company that is respectful of my time. I don't want to find out how disrespectful they would be of my property.

They are incompetent and don't know how to use their equipment. They fumbled around, didn't fix the problem and charged more than their quote.

Plumbers are always expensive so if I could do it myself I would but that's why you hire the best.

The person who came and did the work lied to me about the amount that it would cost to do the work. I received a bill from this company for a different amount. When I told them that I had already paid what I was told I owe. The owner said that amount was more and I need to pay. When I refuse to pay he took me to court. People be aware of the lies they give you when they first go to your home. If you hire them make sure you get it all in writting before they do any work.

He was late getting to our home, but called to let me know when he was on his way. He knew what needed to be done and waa finished in 20 mins

I called because I had a leak in my kitchen. They made false claims to me and my insurance company. Came in and tore apart my kitchen and claimed they had a contractor to make the repairs and I never heard back from the company. And now the leak is back less than a month after they fixed it.

Nick was a pleasure to work with and he got the job done in a timely manner.

The plumber did a good job repairing the leaking pipe and detecting a pin size hole leak. He also replaced a piece of copper pipe that was green.

The receptionist answering the phone was EXTREMELY rude. She sounded as if I was bothering her by calling. I needed my sink to be snaked. Initially the guys they had sent were not on within the time frame they, which wasn't a big deal. However, they were completely unprofessional. Instead of greeting me like one would think, they cost bumped me and proceeded inside of my house. After messing with my sink for almost an hour they made the problem worse and said that they had the wrong sized snake and would have to come back. We agreed that he would try to make it back in the afternoon and if not then it would be 2 days later. Of course I never heard from anyone. I called on the 2nd day and left a voicemail regarding the situation. Never received a follow up so I called again. The lady that answered the phone cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation and said "what do you need"? She was completely rude and said she would contact the plumber who had came to the house. Well needless to say nobody has reached out to me. This has got to be the worse managed business I have ever dealt with. Please do yourself a favor and go with the other companies.

My first indication that things might not go well was when the plumber sailed way past our 10 a.m. appointment, and finally after repeated calls to Sweetwater, I got a call at 4 p.m. saying he'd be there the next morning. Ok, stuff happens. I was charged $89 to hear that he couldn't safely remove the faucet and install another for $450, or repair a cartridge for $110. Luckily, my husband was able to do the job in less than two minutes! I kid you not. Leak fixed! Maybe hubby can find a new line of work when he retires in 2 years!

Michael from Sweetwater was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel like they really cared and tried to keep the mess to a minimum. It was a very stressful time but they did everything they could to get it repaired ASAP. I would definitely recommend them to others.
