Project involved major repair of main sewer line, requiring installation of clean-out, jetting, and re-lining. Company seems very well equipped to tackle any size job. The 7 workers that were involved at various times all seemed to be well trained. Michael I, the lead plumber, is very intelligent, knowledgeable, and good to work with. Very nice people all around.

Showed up on time, introduced himself. He was very polite. Explained the best way to fix problem but did not have the parts to fix it. I wanted to get things fixed but had trouble with the follow up. He called to follow up but I could not get the phone number to return call because he said the phone too quick. I listened to it several times but could not get all the numbers. I tried to leave a message but I'm not sure if they got it. so still waiting to get faucet replaced.

Finished the job in minimal time. Wasn't without water for more then 1 1/2 hrs. Great Job, excellent clean up and law repair. Well worth the money

I was not happy that my water heater went out after 7 years, but the technician explained that was not uncommon. He explained ways to extend the life of the new one so I was overall satisfied with the replacement.

He was able to diagnose the problem, give us an affordable quote and repair the collapsed pipe. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Great company and I would refer them to everyone I know!

They contacted me immediately, which I appreciated. Started with a quote $499 to fix a leaky bath tub faucet and $384 to fix water heater. $499 quote grew to $1400. I ended up paying $695 for work performed and asked to stop immediately until I got a second opinion. Faucet was leaking from the newly installed valve. Second plumber said the valve was not properly tightened and said I did not need the thermal coupling. He finished the job for a fraction of the cost. I would have saved more had I hired someone else from the get go. I requested an invoice for parts and labor from Sweetwater and I am still waiting for it. I will not do business with them again, they lost my trust.

Came on time, quickly unclogged the kitchen sink for the estimated price. Friendly but still professional. Would definitely use them again.

They did a great job. Ended up getting a tankless water heater. Very happy with the results.
