Charged me $600 for kitchen sink plumbing repair fixed the leak now garbage disposal is shooting out the other side of the sink called back no answer left message no response called back they said I would be put on at the end of the day nobody showed up called them back no answer now it?s been a week still nothing nobody even reached out to me at all I?m not done all I want is for them to come back and finish the job

Sweetwater (Mike & Mike) came on same day of request; within an hour. They checked for gas leaks, on the water heater in the garage and did not find any. They did not charge for their time. Both were professional and friendly.

Started with a low estimate and ended up about double. Provided an e-mailed invoice only when asked. Refused to break down the invoice items between labor and materials, providing only one total dollar amount. Did not provide a warranty.

I had to have a new gas valve added to a pipe in order to install a new dryer. The cost was $179 including the new valve, a very small item. Labor time was 20 minutes or so. the tech did not have the valve and had to go to Home Depot to get it. Cost included the time to do so. I had earlier informed the company what I needed and the age of the old dryer, etc. They should have had the correct valve I thought. Cost of the job seemed excessive.
