Plumber Matt Hernandez did an excellent job at quickly diagnosing an issue with a water leak from our upstairs shower that caused damaged to our kitchen ceiling downstairs. Matt was able to replace and repair our shower faucet assembly in a timely manner. Would highly recommend him.

Fast response to my request for a plumber

They called right away after we entered our information. The work was done quickly and expertly.

My plumbing emergency an overflowing toilet due to a clogged sewer drain line was a real eye opener for me. Luckily my caregiver was preparing to clean the bathroom when the toilet began to overflow. She called to me immediately and began furiously sweeping water out the back door preventing water damage to the hall carpet. After relocating the trap clean out from the rear of the house nearer the front of the house reducing the length of the snake required to clear the line in case of future need I said thank you and bid the crew good bye. After I paid them for their services of course!

After waiting two days for two other companies to comp out and give me a price I called Sweetwater. They gave a very fair price over the phone (Which included everything including sales tax) and had the water heater installed within 5 hours.

He showed up without the fuel to power the equipment, , He left to go get fuel. came back did not have the proper fittings, .Then wanted to do a 1700.00 dig out with any work being done. He made some calls asked if he should come back or call it we decided to call it a day

They did a very good job of replacing the stems and making the hardware look shiny.
