The person who came did two jobs for me. The first was a leaking 1 1/4 PVC connection by the water meter. First the guy did not have the PVC coupling so he took one from me that I had. Then it only took him about 30 minutes to cut and then glue the piece and stop the leak. For that he charged me $350.00. It thought that to be a little high, but okay. Then I had told him about a rattling of the pipes so he checked that and said it was my regulator. He quoted me a price of $300.00 or less but he didn t have the part but would get it the next day. This was a Friday so he said he would be bsck on Monday at 9:00 or there after. He showed up at a little after 9:30 but he had the wrong part so he left and was gone for about 2 hours. When he returned, the part he got still didn t fit right so he added a coupling and after shaking the pipe violently he got it to fit. The repair itself only took about 1/2 hour. He then said he was going to have to upcharge me because of the time it took him to fix it. The extended time was caused by his having brought the wrong part not the repair itself. To make matters worse, about a month later there is water coming up from under my driveway just outside where the meter is located. Other plumbers who are now fixing that problem said it was most likely as a result of his having shook the pipes so violently thereby breaking that coupling. I would never recommend this company. Thanks home advisor, this was the first time I had ever used your service.

Addressed the problems fast and fixed the issues quickly.

Been over a month and they are not returning my calls and toilet is leaking thru ceiling. They came out a 2nd time but now there is damage to be repaired.

I found there prices on the high end

Matt came out and did an expert job on my fixtures. He also gave me a good quote on bigger projects that I have coming down the line. I will be contacting them for these projects based on the customer service I received from them.

Be sure to discuss price before doing work, I had an urgent problem and they contacted me immediately. Notifies me by text info and picture of technician. He arrived the same day. The work was done to my satisfaction. I thought the price was a little high but I did get good customer service.

Easy project to schedule and complete

After starting job they did not come back and finish work. I have 11 times, and they refuse to return my calls.
