The technician charged very high price that the repairs offered were really not worth the price, we won't be looking for them again.

He is untrustworth as when he gave us the bill we questioned it. He told me he left a copy of the estimate which he did not and could not produce a copy. He charged $260 for 30 minutes work on our water heater and he had us buy the parts.

I submitted my request to get my garbage disposal and dishwasher installed correctly as we had a previous person (non Sweetwater Pluming related) come out and did it wrong after our kitchen remodeling was done. I got a call same day and they were able to send someone over the next morning for no "emergency" cost. I had been shopping around and everyone else told me they would charge additional to have someone come out the next day. The morning of the appointment, I received a text letting me know my technician was on the way, they provided me their name and their picture so I knew who I was expecting to come to my house. Michael was friendly and got the job done ,and done well. He let us know to stay in touch if we needed anything else or if something went wrong that he would return and fix it. Overall, Michael and the company lifted a lot of stress off our shoulders after the bad kitchen remodeling experienced with the other people.
