I thought $395 for less than one hour work is quite expensive

I feel that Matt did not care about my problem. He had very bad customer interaction and when I called him to find out when he was going to be there, after rescheduling, he replied " I'm asking you not to call me". Matt did not take care of the faucet I hired him to replace, but instead replaced the shutoff valves in the bathroom. My faucet is now running and will not turn off unless I use the shutoff valves.

Overpriced. They told me I would be able to get reimbursed for their work through insurance. So I was not overly concerned with the very high price. Turns out insurance doesn t cover the plumbing work. Very high priced. Good work, but you could easily find the same quality of work for way cheaper.
