they came out right away and put the water heater in that afternoon. The work was great. The technician was very knowledgeable and super professional. He cleaned up the entire area when he was done. It was really expensive but they knew i was desperate. I paid $2000 for a 50 gallon standard water heater installed which is about $700 high but i had been hassling with another plumber since Sat. (3 days) to get one installed. First American Home Warranty Insurance was doing nothing but giving me the run around so Sweetwater was a breath of fresh air. Great job!!!

Everything was fine, I just didn't like how much the price was. I would not hire them again, only because of the price. Next time I will use the flat fee option, it was only $159.00... my plumbing bill was $437.00... that's just way too steep!!!

I needed a estimate for installation of a dishwasher air gap and a slow drainage in a bathroom sink. They sent out Ruben Vasallo who came right after the appointment was set, and even though the air gap installation was a no-go he quickly too care of sink drainage problem and even checked our toilet for leaking and tightened up the toilet seat! They are in my contacts next time I have a plumbing problem. Highly recommended!
