Thank you! I felt relaxed and had a great experience with you. You explained what was needed and upgrades as well. Your Staff worked very efficiently start to a clean finish. They were very kind and courteous. ✨️ My neighbors are happy for my recommendation. I now have a new Heater, new gas lines. My air quality is excellent & fresh! The removal and replacement went very well, all in one day, and the installers were very professional and helpful, explaining how the new thermostat works as well as the new nifty filter replacement procedure. They enlarged vents and replaced grills and, really, what a beautiful job they did, we couldn't be more happy. Plus... new unit looks fantastic and is so much more quiet yet more powerful. It was a very good system design, size and fit!

Brian and Angel came out on July 17 to check my A/C because it would not turn on. Brian said my compressor blow out and suggested it would be better to put in a new unit ($4477.50) because of the Freon. We did schedule to have a new unit put in, but I realized after Brian left that I needed approval from my Assocation. I did email All Air Masters about this on July 17 and never got a reply. I also mentioned in the email I was going to get a second opinion. I did tell Brian about the Association and a second opinion.
Well I did get a second opinion on July 19 and he found the unit dissembled. He rewired everything and found out it needed fuses and only cost me $169.00. I was very very happy. I would definitely recommend this company and planning to have them put in a new water heater.
I called All Air Masters today (7/19). I told them to cancel my order and I put down a $100 deposit and the service call was only $69.00. I was willing to drive by and replace the deposit check. She said they probably deposit my check already and will send me a refund.
I would not recommend this company.

"Member, I appologize for your concern you may have with All Air Appliance Masters. When our Technician Brian Goldstien was sent to your home on July 17, he discovered two blown fuses, which he replaced with two new ones and yet both blew again. Brian then proceeded to to find out why the roof Gas Pack sytem was blowing fuses which led to the discovery of an electrical short from the compressor. Due to these issues with one of the major componets, an option was given for a replacement for a new more Efficient Unit. Brian Goldstein has been with our company for more than 4 years and has never received a customer complaint. I'm sending you a full refund for the deposit of $100.00 you paid. All Air Appliance Masters values our customers and for the last 32 years has been providing the best possible service that our customers have come to expect . Thank You . Within hours of my call a serviceman set up an appointment with my tenant that same day and appeared at the property. He confirmed that a new unit was needed. I requested that the work be performed and it was done the very next day. Tenant said that the serviceman was professional, courteous and cleaned up well. Company was direct, to the point and very easy to work with. I think I have found a heating company for my new rental property.

They did okay; it was all right. It took four trips to fix it because they kept bringing the wrong part. I would use them again.

"Yes the repairs on youre Carrier ( buil in 1985 ) furnace was a chalenge . The main reason was, the previews repairs performed by another Company installing wrong parts not made for these furnace , rewiring and shorting out some of the electrical componets. The wiring hardness was need it and Carrier the company that made the furnace gave us the wrong parts. However we did not charge you any more monies for the additional labor when we discover the furnace needing more parts,and completed repairs the same day. We have a rental. The tenants called and said, the air wasn't working. I called the company we ususally use, and they told me that they were booked for the next three days. With little kids in the house, and as hot as it has been, that wasn't acceptable. So, I got on Angie's List, and found All Air Masters. I had an idea what was wrong, and they confirmed that without me telling them what was wrong. So, they fixed what was wrong, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They were professional on the phone, professional at the house, and I wouldn't think twice about using them again.

We were very pleased with 'All Air Masters'. They were very professional and completed all work in a timely manner. Their installers were polite and patiently responded to our questions. The initial installation took about 2 days and they cleaned up after their work each day. After the installation we noticed there were 'cold spots' in an area of our home and Air Masters sent someone out in response to our complaint. We were very pleased that they addressed our concern and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. We have not had occasion to run our A/C yet, but our furnace works wonderfully! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of work for their home.

Our 35-year old A/C system was making a loud humming noise, was not putting out much cool air and had a strange electrical odor coming from the compressor unit in the garage. After reading through the reports for local heating & cooling companies on Angie's List, we called All Air Appliance Masters and scheduled a technician to come out the following morning to diagnose our system's problem. The technician, Frank Cruz, arrived right on time (He actually had finished his previous job earlier than expected and called us to see if he could come by sooner than our scheduled appointment time, but we were out on errands so he arrived at the designated time). Mr. Cruz was very knowledgeable about old systems like ours, and within a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor in the fan unit next to the compressor. Mr. Cruz had a replacement capacitor in his truck, and within five minutes he had replaced the old capacitor and our A/C system was up and running again. Since it had been quite some time since our system had been serviced, Mr. Cruz checked the Freon level in the system and found it to be within the correct limits. The total charge for the repair and system check was just $128. We are planning to replace our aged A/C and heating system within the next year or two, and I mentioned this to Mr Cruz. He told me about some of the brands and models of A/C and heating units that his company carries, and said that when we are ready to replace our units we can call his company for a free estimate on the job. He was not pushy, nor did he try to talk us into having any additional work done that we did not need. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Cruz. He was very knowledgeable about A/C systems and made quick work of repairing our problem at what was a very reasonable cost. Since he had the correct part in stock with him, he was able to perform the needed repair immediately. His demeanor was totally professional and courteous, and he made the process of troubleshooting and repairing our A/C system's problem an enjoyable experience for us. I would definitely recommend Mr. Cruz and his company to my friends and family if they needed their A/C or heating systems serviced or repaired.

I renewed my subscription to Angie's List because I was not sure where to start...I knew this would be my best first step in finding someone I could feel good about calling. I called on a Sunday, left a message and received a return call that evening. It turned out to be a broken thermostat, which I purchased and had installed by a family member. There still seemed to be an issue with no cool air. Air Masters came back out and looked at the unit and circuits and before they left I was back in business. The technicians were great and courteous and the tech who came on the second service call even helped get my dogs, who decided to escape, back in the house before he left. I would highly recommend Air Masters and their service team....

We could not be happier with our new Lennox A/C and American Standard purifier. The purifier actually does help with our allergies, too--we have three cats and our home feels much cleaner now--plus, we aren't sneezing as much! The A/C runs beautifully, and is very simple to use. We were very impressed with All Air Masters and Mark and the rest of the crew. Frank, the service manager, followed up with us after the install to make sure everything was going well--a very nice personal touch. My family and I are very happy now to have a great A/C system!

My 27-year old air conditioning unit has been out of commission for several years and I just kept postponing its replacement because of the cost. The furnace heater, although still working, has an obsolete or very-hard-to-find “hammock type” filter common to some furnaces of the 80’s. Both units replacement were long overdue. I received estimates from five other contractors prior to calling them up for yet another estimate. The price I was quoted plus their former clients' written testimony of their experiences with this contractor that are included in the proposal and my face-to-face interaction with them was what convinced me to pick them over the other contractors. The work done by this contractor is superb. The technicians – Juan, the supervisor, Jose, Jose and Angel – are very experienced in their line of work. They pride themselves in providing great service and exhibit a sense of craftsmanship regardless of the task at hand, whether they were working on the more complicated part of the job such as installing and connecting all the pieces of equipment that make up a heating and air-conditioning system, or in cleaning up after themselves before they leave for the day. They protected my carpet by laying painter’s canvas drop cloth to cover their pathways and to catch all debris while hauling the old ducting materials from the attic. No shortcuts were taken to complete the job. They did what was required of a given task and did it right the first time. They worked fast but not hurried and got the project done on time as promised. More importantly the completed job was professionally done – excellent craftsmanship, clean and well executed. They even went beyond what was stated in the contract such as covering the long refrigerant line from where it exited the side of the house to the air-conditioning unit to protect it from getting damage. A few days after the job was completed, I received a follow-up call from Mark Harris, the sales rep who wrote-up the estimate, wanting to know if there was anything I needed or any concerns I may have regarding the performance of the system to insure my complete satisfaction of the job. Mark Harris and Frank Cruz, CEO, were helpful, sincere, courteous and patient with me with all the questions and concerns I have during the negotiation process. I am glad I went with All Air Appliance Masters Inc. They are truly masters of their craft.

In the process of replacing our furnace and air conditioner, All Air Appliance Masters through negligence flooded two rooms, destroying two wood floors unique to the architectural heritage of this mid-century modern home. The floors are irreplaceable. The owner would not even visit my home to see the damage caused by his employees, immediately distancing himself from responsibility and hiding behind the misrepresentations of those responsible. He rebuffed my numerous attempts to engage in a mutually agreeable resolution. In addition, this contractor did not keep his word about the sound level of the new unit and did not remove all materials from the site as promised, leaving what we believe may be asbestos in the yard completely exposed. His careless crew left our side gate open, which resulting in our dog getting out onto a busy road. We finally had to take this company to court to recover damages for the floors. Stay away from this unprofessional and irresponsible contractor.

Very good. Gave us a pricing option with and without replacing AC w/ a more efficient model. We opted for furnace only, as AC still functions and we were also putting on a new roof at the time. Mike Alvarez was knowledgeable prompt, polite, and punctual. Seems to be a good furnace, well installed. Ive used this company several times, partly because I liked the fact that they told me to ditch an old freezer rather than repair it.
