Description of Work: Felix removed a very large old pine tree that had been lifting the concrete at the corner of the garage. I have used several tree services and this is the one I will continue to call. They were quick, ground the stump and cleaned up so thoroughly I almost didn't notice it was gone. They also did some pruning and shaping, and I was very satisfied with the results.

Description of Work: We met for an estimate of work to be done. I subsequently responded with approval of the work to be done. Felix called and set up the appt for 6/8/12 between 11A-12P. I called at 12:30 to verify I was still scheduled. They assured me they were on their way. At 2:30P, still no show, so I canceled via voice mail, expressing dissatisfaction for their not calling about a problem getting here. There was no return call made. Won't use.
