We had trouble connecting early on, but once that was cleared up they came to give me an estimate yesterday and did the work beautifully, and cleaned up thoroughly today. Overall, very nice to work with, great work, great price. They even hauled away some extra debris from the side of the house.

Outstanding job. Showed up on time, finished quickly, cleaned up all the trimmings, best price, nice guys, they are now my tree trimming company.

I found Felix Tree Service on Angie's List. I called them and left a message. Gabe returned my call the same day, then arrived a couple of days later to give me an estimate. The estimate was a few hundred dollars less than the estimate I received from another tree service. On the scheduled morning, Gabe, his brother, and a crew of 3 other workers arrived. This is a family business owned by Gabe and his brother. They arrived a little later than I expected, but promptly began work and, to my amazement, completed the entire job in about 3 hours. The trees were in the backyard, where the boom truck could not reach, so Gabe climbed the trees and cut off the limbs with a chain saw while the crew on the ground hauled away the branches and fed them into the chipper. It was a very efficient process, and it was amazing to watch Gabe climb the trees using ropes and a harness. He used a separate rope to tie off large branches hanging over our roof or into the neighbor's yard, then he cut the limb and lowered it gently to the ground. No branches fell into the neighbor's yard. I was impressed, not only with their ability to quickly remove the Chinese Tallow trees, but also with their talent at pruning the Chinese Pistache tree. They chose exactly the right limbs to prune and at the right length. They trimmed the branches hanging over our roof and the neighbor's yard, and gave the tree a very natural shape. They were also very concious of not pruning too much, leaving enough branches to provide privacy and shade. The entire crew was friendly and professional, and they all seemed to get along well with each other. I would definitely hire Felix Tree Service again.

From the estimate to the finish of the job, Felix tree service was professional and efficient. The clean up was so thorough, not one bit of the tree was left even along the long side yard.

Our yard has been looking bad for a long time now. We have tried to find someone to come out and do what we wanted and needed to be done. They never quite did what we wanted. We called Felix Tree Service of course from Angie's List, the owner came out surveyed the mess and believe me it was a mess,we told him what we needed and wanted done. He made a few suggestions also and gave us an estimate,a date and time they could do the job. They arrived on the date, on time very neat and courteous. They started the job and before we knew it, they were done! Fast and efficient too! What a deal. Thanks again.

I got another bid for the same job for $5900. However, I also got one for $4100. I asked him if he could give us an attachment for insurance, in case something goes wrong. If he verifies the bid, we'll probably go with him.

The process with Felix Tree service went well. Their response and quote came in swiftly. I felt their quote and timeline for the scope of work was very reasonable. The crew showed up on time both days and was willing and able to work around a few obstacles in their path. They worked efficiently, behaved professionally and left the area clean and neat. I was very pleased with their performance and would reccomend them.

They were very professional. They arrived on time with all their equipment. Boom truck, chipper and stump grinder. They were very fast and cleaned up all the mess they made.
