We really appreciated that they accommodated a quote and installation on the same day for two new toilets. No issues found and they had a friendly demeanor (both the coordinator and plumber that installed).

Arizona came and gave a thorough good quote. Fixed items he could and Aarons has done great job working with us for him to come back for more work. These folks are honest and reliable. Getting quotes for future big jobs! Highly recommend.

Aaron and team were timely, professional and efficient. Very pleased with the install of new shower into pre existing marble along with bathtub fixture replacement. The arrived to do the estimate on time. The estimate was very reasonable as we had a water heater replaced on the other side of our duplex by someone else 2 years ago (we were expecting the cost to be much higher then it was 2 years ago). The gentleman that came the next day did a great job of installing the new water heater. We were so impressed with their professionalism we are having them do another estimate on some landscaping plumbing.

William, the technician, is very thorough and willing to help. Aaron ,the owner, is extremely helpful and willing to make the overall experience positive. Both William and Aaron were always willing to answer further questions either by text or phone call.

Needed to see if we needed a new hot water heater as the old one was making a lot of banging type noises. Aaron came and looked at it and said it just needed to have all the calcium deposits flushed out. His technician,, William came and 30 minutes later after flushing out the tank, the banging is gone! Very happy with Aaron. He did not try to sell us a new hot water heater. :) Definitely would recommend his family owned company for any plumbing issues.

What a savior! The drain stop in my bathtub broke off when I was trying to change the stop myself because the people who installed the bath tub used silicon based glue that made it impossible to unscrew the drain stop. Aaronâ s plumbing came and gave me two options, one that will cost me money and the other that would be way cheaper, if it works. They tried the cheaper option and did a great job at fixing the issue. Great and prompt service, very professional, and with intention to solve the customerâ s problem than to make money. Always recommended!

My wife and I can't say enough good things about Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter! After getting quotes from a few local plumbers for a water softener install and a few small plumbing tasks, we reached out to Aaron's to get one more quote - so glad we did. Aaron himself showed up the very next day for an on-site evaluation and quote. Aaron was super friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He showed up wearing a mask and wore shoe covers while in our home and during all portions of the evaluation and subsequent jobs. He presented multiple options for water softening and wrote out a quote which was very competitive with other plumbers. We decided to go with Aaron, and to our surprise, he was able to install it and complete other tasks the very next morning. They showed up on time and completed the job super quick! A few days later, we had a small water leak at one of our toilets, and we reached out to Aaron late at night. Stephen, on Aaron's team, came out the very next morning. It turned out the issue was complicated and poor Stephen worked hard almost the entire day but resolved the issue after running around town to get parts! These guys are awesome! In summary, Aaron and his team are now our plumbers for life! We really appreciate Aaron's professionalism and responsiveness. We hope we won't need their services again any time soon, but if we do, we won't hesitate to reach out! Highly recommended!!!

I normally don't call for help. I am the type of person who would try to fix things myself before I seek for help. Almost a month ago when my old tankless water heater kept giving me error code and with no hot water. I tried two weeks of either fixing it by watching Youtube or have other plumbers come over to take a look at the issue. None of them were able to help me resolve my tankless water issue. After 2 weeks of no hot water, I decided to give HomeAdvisor and Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter a try. Aaron came over the next day and point out the issues with my old water heater and suggested me to replace a new water heater with dedicated gas line. After 2 weeks of no hot water and researching issues that might happen to tankless hot water, I was convince what Aaron suggested. Aaron was very thorough and professional about the entire installation process. After the installation, there was error from the new tankless water heater. Aaron came out immediate to help resolve the issue. After countless hours of debugging and process of elimination with the technical support person from the water heater manufacturer, the issue was finally resolved due to a defect ignition rod from the manufacturer. I want to thank Aaron for his time and effort to restore hot water to my house. Aaron will be my go to plumber if I ever need plumbing help. George
