Ray M, owner, was prompt, responsive, respectful, and professional. He picked up the water heater I wanted at Home Depot and took away my older one. He explained all costs and did not upcharge . He was patient in educating me with all things involved in purchasing and maintaining a water heater. I liked his plumbing annual service plan which covers the labor charges of the 3 year replacement of an Anode Rod and free inspection of any plumbing issue. And Ray and his assistant are very nice people too.

Ray is amazing! I put a request into Angie's list as our water heater was leaking and we lost hot water. Not only did Ray contact me immediately with a quote, he showed up at 9 pm to help us. He is a hard working man and definetly went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. Ray was very straight forward on the price and stuck to the original quote even though the job was a bit worse than I think I originally communicated. Hire Ray, you will not regret it.
