Like the name implies vdim of happy appliance made our fridge and it's owner very happy. Could both have asked for a faster response, better fix and top quality workmanship.

Very professional and explained the problem. They even work on weekends, that is how busy they are. This is the third time I have needed them for repairs: washing machine, then dryer, and now dishwasher. They just need to empty their message box more often. Sometimes hard to get ahold of them.

Diagnosed problem with refrigerator

Great service - very knowledgeable, professional and prompt.

Fridge leak on a Sunday. Victor responded within 5 minutes after I requested quotes on Angi. He showed up the next day and within 3 minutes diagnosed the problem (2 leaks in the water line) and fixed it. He also recommended I call a plumber to install a shutoff valve from the wall so as to avoid a more catastrophic failure in the future. Said he'd be in town in case I noticed anything further today. Fantastic service! P.S. Took off his shoes unprompted, complimented the smell of my cooking, and pet my dog while he was here. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

The freezer portion of our refrigerator freezer was filling up with ice. My husband and I had tried to resolve the issue but within a day the freezer was filling up with ice again. I contacted Happy Again Appliance and received a call within 30 minutes. They came out quickly and resolved the issue. Vadim kept in contact regarding his arrival for the repair. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue and worked to resolve it. Along the way he explained what the issue was, showed me the symptoms and explained why it happened. Iâ m very happy with the service and professionalism and would contact them again for any other appliance issues.

Repair person needed to consult with somebody via pictures and phone calls, but they figured it all out and got parts the same day! Repair seems to have fixed the problem.
