The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because I leave improvement always other than that they were awesome I loved working with them they were timely and very cost-effective

We thought we were going to have an expensive repair, and at first so did he but then he did some more sleuthing and discovered that what we thought was the problem wasn't the drainage tubes in the back of the refrigerator were clogged so all he had to do is take them out and replace them with new ones and my refrigerator is working perfectly again. I am so glad he took the time to discover exactly what the problem was.

I disagree with Yelp reviews. Vadim is a knowledgeable tech. He repaired or freezer problem. Ice on the motor. Poor air circulation. Cleaned out drain pipeline.

We $350.00 for a refrigerator repair and it lasted 4 days then broke again. When I called the company they said theyâ d call me right back and they never did.

I got a call immediately and Vadim came to my home within an hour of my request. I was skeptical at first because he said he prefers to be paid in cash. He left saying he would purchase the needed part and return in a day or two. He communicated well via text. Showed up two days later and quickly made the repair as well as instructed me on care and maintenance to increase the life of my refrigerator. He knew his craft and was easy to work with. Technician came over after agreeing to a set fee which was offered at a discount because I took the Microwave out of the built-in enclosure and already did some basic troubleshooting. He was able to identify that the issue is probably a faulty door switch, but then expected to be paid a total repair cost that would be close to a price of a new microwave of this size to replace the switch. He then gave me the option to reject this and just pay the diagnostic set fee without replacing the switch, and that is the option I took. I went ahead and ordered two switches for $7 after tax, replaced the faulty switch and the microwave is working just fine now.
