Lucky me got same day service! Knew what he was doing and came with the part. Very pleased.

Very quick onsite service to be scheduled in 3 hours and very good price to diagnose the problem. Technician checked carefully and explained what's the problem and what should be replaced. However, the parts replacement price is a little high and I decided to not repair. Overall, it's very good experience.

Very good price to have service for first diagnose and had service very quickly in a few hours. Although the replacement parts are expensive and I decided to not go with it, the whole experience to diagnose the problem of the clothes drier is very good

I am very happy with the quick assessment, diagnosis and repair of my refrigerator by Vadim Novikov from Happy Again Appliance Service. A day back I had got a quote from another Appliance Repair company for fixing this same issue by replacing the Control panel, fan, heating element, and thermistor at three times the cost, and I was considering possible replacement of the fridge. It was a great idea to get a second opinion from Happy Again and my fridge is working just fine now with just an Evaporator fan replacement!

Quite reliable and thorough but hasn't been able to complete the repair due to availability of parts. Would like to be able to use my oven even though the pop-up fan is not working yet.

Technician did not speak English. We communicated through phone translator app. Repair was done well. Technician was punctual, pleasant, and knowledgeable. However, the final receipt did not itemize parts cost from labor cost, so my appliance insurance rejected the receipt and therefor rejected my claim for repair cost coverage - Just make sure you receive an itemized receipt.
