They were very nice a did good work.

Unnecessary work preformed, plus when there agent left parts were missing. I believe the only thing this company wanted to do was install a wall furnace.

To fix my heat, they arrived on time, even work in the evening. After finishing his job, Akop call me the next day (That was Thanksgiving Day!) to make sure my heat is working fine. Both Akop and Armen are honest, reliable and friendly, very satisfied with their job. Highly recommend.

The person came (Walter) didn't communicate well. He mumbled when asked questions. We wanted a pilot light lit he took one look (took him 5 seconds) and said a gas line had to be replaced without even taking cover off heater so I don't know how he could know this without inspecting the line or connections or trying to light pilot.

Exceptional Service. He fixed my refriegerator which was making a humming sound very loudly and as a courtesy went out of his way to take care of this even though he didnt have to.

Showed up really late. Didn't know what they were doing. Wasted my time and couldn't perform the basic service they were hired for. They are pathetic. Don't waste your time with them. Trust me.

I wrote out a check and they rescheduled the appointment three times. They still hadn't completed the work and I ended up cancelling. They had said that they were going to order the part but I still hadn't seen it.

The guy arrived and acted like he didn't want to shake my hand. Then, I don't know if it's Home.advisor or them, but no one told me about the 55 dollar service fee. They were an hour early and did the ask me if that was ok, as I don't live at the address. And then there was a service fee for no work done, because he looked at it, said yes it works and left. I did not have a good experience.

Diagnosed and fixed. No further problems. Explained everything and what to look for if future problems occur and how to possibly self fix.

Showed up on time and repaired dryer quickly at a reasonable cost
