Courteous, efficient & fast

We had set the appointment for 11:00 am at 11:30 I called to find out why no one had shown up and the office staff (I forgot to get their name) said the appointment was set from 11am to 3pm . that was never discussed. The repairman was friendly and professional and made the visit acceptable. No repair, needed to determine cost of part.

The repairman offered a less costly solution. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

I'm sorry but I don't remember the tech's name. The tech was on time, very knowlegable on the repair of the oven and had very clean work habit's. I would hire him again.

Only complaint would be a 5 hour window

call them to check my refrigerator (not cooling).service men said that Freon leaked out.Wanted to charge me$300.00just to run test to see where leak is. No thanks.Still paid $55.00 for service call.

The best service .They came out on 12/24/16 to check my microwave. It was 17 years old.. It would be better to replace it. They sent me a quote on 12/27/16. I called back on 12/28/16. and talked to Ronnie,he gave me a price,that was at 4:00pm. He said he could deliver 12/29/16. They were here at 8:45am.. Their technician came in and had it installed in 45 min.

Very professional. I had used West Coast last year to fix my dryer. I was able to get the same service technician to fix my oven. A very professional and courteous person. And punctual.

efficient capable good work - not cheapest but did good.

Very professional. Got the job done (lighting the pilot to my wall furnace), and when the pilot went out again the following day, they came back and relit, and adjusted flame at no charge. Now, that's service. I highly recommend this company.
