It is strange! He needed to just plug in and dish washer started working! He did not repair anything! But gentleman was with good manners, he offered to repair free of charge the dishwasher if it again has problem !

The service was timely. Arrived when they said they would. Did a complete assessment, fixed the problem and was gone. Everything working well for much less than i expected.

This associate was great figured out the problem in less then 15 minutes. There was a wire which just needed to be plugged into the common on thermostat.

Nick was very good about diagnosing the problem and suggesting solutions.

The Technician said the Ice Maker and the Board Controller went bad and that is why the Fridge won't make ice. Hard to believe 2 mayor components would go bad same time, costing around $160.00 each. He replaced Ice Maker on Thursday, but part came bad from Walmart. Tech didn't come back until Monday. Since he didn't put back the original part, now we have a second problem: no filtered water for 3 days. He never left the replaced parts, or the receipt for parts he bought from Walmart as a prove both parts were replaced. He could had replaced just the Ice Maker and test, but (according to tech) he replaced first just the Board controller on Thursday. It might had been nothing wrong with board since it seemed to work before, saving me $160.

They responded promptly. Their technician was very professional , helpful and patiently explained all options available to repair our A/C system. I certainly recommend this company.

They were excellent, came and did the job and cleaned up after himself.

The hose from the dishwasher overflow was leaking and a lot of water was coming out of th air hose. The 1st repairman that came out didn't replace the hose. Instead he replaced the overflow air hose which didn't improve the problem. I called to let them know the leak wasn't fixed. The 2nd repairman was very knowledgeable. He replaced the hose and the dishwasher has been working great since. Their customer service was great to make sure all was fixed but it was difficult making time for 2 appointments.

After a $309.33 repair my dishwasher still fails in the same way it did before they worked on it. They now want an additional $250 to fix it. Sounds like a bait-and-switch operation to me. If this is not resolved we will see them in court.
