Came right away, and the repair person explained what he was doing, answering all my questions.

My freezer was melting. I found their name online because they said same day service. I called them and within one hour a repairman was here, diagnosed the prob, had the necessary part to replace and the job was finished. I don't know what some other company would have charged so I have nothing to compare But my freezer works without major loss and I am satisfied. Will use them again if needed.

Contractor arrived quickly which was great. He felt around my refrigerator and told me my cooling unit wasn't working and my seal needed replacing. $350. I saix I could get another fridge for that. So I opted out of the repair. we had cleaned the coils the day before. Suffice to say cooling unit is wrking fine now without the repair.

West Coast Repair saved the day. I had a handyman replace my thermostat, and the next day the AC went out, it was 97! West Coast was able to come the following morning, replace the shorted fuses and wiring, and cool down the house. Thanks, West Coast!

The only problem we had was how long it took to get the parts. I was told it would take 2-3 days and it really took 5-6 Working days. Our fridge wasn’t working well and we were going on vacation, so the timing was very important to us. It got done the day before we went on vacation, so we were happy that they worked us in. The repairman and the ladies at the office were friendly and very helpful.

We had an estimate to replace the entire unit but West Coast came out and said we just needed a freon charge. I saved hundreds of dollars and now have an honest company I can count on.

I hired them to repair my GE Electric Double Oven stove and because it was 65 years old thy said they couldn't repair the ovens. Instead of charging $45 for the service call, he charged me $35 to tell me he couldn't do anything for me.

He was professional, he did a great job and his pricing was fair. He was polite and on time.

Really amazing. My AC went out on a Saturday - so many companies weren't open. I went to Home Advisor to see if I could find someone to come TODAY. At first West Coast Chief Repair didn't have someone - and then they called me back within 5 -8 minutes and were able to send someone within 2 hours. Really grateful and thankful for great service. Price was fair and they fixed asap. Thank you !!!

Technician was on time, had proper tools and was able to pinpoint the problem. On second visit he was unable to fix the unit due to its age and wear. This was NOT the fault of the West Coast Chief Repair technician but due to the extreme age of the washer. Would hire them again without any hesitation.

A little pricey, but both the refrigerator and dishwasher both work, so I am happy!

We did not have the broken appliance repaired. The technician came out the day after we called which was really quick service for our area. However, the problem was severe and more costly than the appliance was worth so we only paid a very reasonable service call fee.

Arrived on time. Put on booties so as not to damage the carpet. I wish all guests would do this! Technician informed me to fix the machine would cost as much as a new one so did not recommend. Although very disappointed, I was impressed with his honesty and lack of salesmanship....funny to think that would surprise me.

They were fast to recognize the problem, to the point on what was needed, and quick to repair, having the parts needed with them.
