Doug was very professional. He arrived at the appointed time and was very easy to talk to, good personality. The appraisals were sent by PDF files within the time he said they would be. We have never had need of an appraiser before and didn't know what to expect. but if the need ever arrises again, we would not hesitate to contact Doug.

Doug was on time for our appointment. He was polite and courteous. He listened to what our needs for the appraisal were. He performed his inspection in a timely manner and he produced his report exactly as we needed in a timely manner. His service fee was very reasonable. We highly recommend him.
