Jake was really great. He appeared to be technically proficient at his business. He explained the repairs he was making every step of the way. Jake is also very easy to deal with. He answered all my questions and really only made recommendations when i asked for them. It was a great experience overall.

he came into my home, gave me what sounded like a good estimate and by the time the job was done he treated me like a friend and that gives you a very comfortable feeling. he also definetly knows all about the product he even went over the central ac unit in its entirety
