Michael and his teams are very good at what they are doing. Their price charged are reasonable as well. I called several roofing company, I chose to work with them. I would call this company again and would refer him to the people who are having problems with the roof.

Michael is very professional. There were a couple of "glitches" but he was quick to respond. I would recommend him.

The boss is calling me this morning about the roof leaking fixed last week. There is no leaking. I will recommend this company to my friends even though his workers didn t do exactly what I want. The boss fixed by his own after I checked with him after his workers left. Michael is very good customer friendly boss and he cares his reputation and business. Recommend him but don t forget to request what you need.

Job was completed in late April. Did not need to use AC till June of 2019 and noticed it was not cooling. After going back and forward for 3 months with my insurance company and dealing with incompetent AC companies it was determined that the AC freon pipe had been perforated during the roof replacement. Pictures clearly showed how it was attempted to conceal the problem by shortening a nail and wrapping duct tape around it. Contacted Michael Montes owner of Platinum roofing and after he talked to employees, he said no one from his crew had damage the pipe and would not cover the cost of repairs. I am not sure why after paying this company over 17000 thousand dollars for replacing my roof Michael would think I would try to steal 1000 dollars that I was asking for repairing and recharging the system. For the above reasons I would not recommend Platinum Roofing and stay away from them.

This was a roof leak repair. I would give 5 stars if I could be certain the leak is taken care of. I ll know once it rains again. Mike explained everything in detail as to what he was going to do. Very personable and great customer service skills. I dont know what others would charge so it s hard to measure if charges were too high or average.

Very clean and organized and professional and held a high standard, they also cleaned up my property from all the debris left, we can finish the re-roof project in three days. Michael and his team completed the job on schedule, which was important since I will be installing solar panels on my roof in the very near future. i rated them high not just on work but the customer appreciation that seems to be honest. ther's a couple of pickup items to be finished, but it looks ok. one thing i didn't present to put the roof back in the original state was to remount the direct tv antennae. THE JOB WAS FINISHED AND I AM SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. THIS RAIN IS THE 1ST TEST; SO FAR IT LOOKS GOOD.

I hired Platinum Roofing to repair work done by a previous contractor. They arrived on time, inspected the roof, identified the areas that needed repair (including areas that were not yet leaking but were clearly problematic), gave me a reasonable estimate and made the necessary repairs in one day. They also identified areas that did not need immediate attention but would need to be monitored. Very knowledgeable, efficient and gave great customer service. I will definitely use them for future projects.

I paid him $8,500 up front and after weeks of different workers trying to finnish the job and rain entering my attic from the poorly covered open roof he finally got somewhat finished with numerous problems I paid him a final payment of $7,800 .I called him to clean out my gutters from his debris and got no call-back. Frustrated !!!
