Description of Work: "Plumber Walter" as he refers to himself, has been my ONLY plumber in approx 5 - 6 years. He was referred to me by one of his long term customers. He has done work at my resident, my tenant's resident, and at "our" small business location. He has consistently been reliable, available in a timely manner and reasonably priced. By the way, when I am out of town (and I travel often), Walter will respond to my tenants' plumbing problem and has offered to allow me to pay when I return home. I have never taken him up on his offer because I know all of us need our pay when it is earned; additionally, life is so uncertain, I would not want him to lose money because of some unforeseen mishap. In Jan, 2013, I phoned and explained that a bathroom sink was slow draining. He told me that he'd be happy to come out but it sounded like a minor task that I could do for approximately $6. He gave me an easy procedure and it worked within 5 minutes. Most plumbers would not have shared a cost saving tip. On Jan 31, 2013, I phoned because the kitchen sink had an ongoing flow of water. I took a picture of the fixture (on my cell phone) and sent it to his cell phone. We consulted and I gave him permission to replace the faucet with "his choice" (since I knew that he would know durability, affordability, etc.). He showed me why the old faucet could not be repaired and he replaced it. I have referred him to several friends and neighbors. All of them have made him their only plumber. I can not give a high enough recommendation for "Plumber Walter". For years, he has been consistently outstanding.

Description of Work: Pior to comming out I had Personal Touch and another professional discuss a problem regarding my dryer's filter.

Description of Work: I have been using him for a couple of years. One of my tenants had a smell in her laundry area, and it was a problem with the water main. He repaired it and gave us ideas of how to get rid of the smell.
