Karen Robbins Buyer's Connection

Karen is a gem. in 2012, I was going through a divorce, and we were selling our house. She explained every piece of paper to us. There was a rent back on the old house, and when the buyer's gave us a really hard time about returning our deposit on the rent back, Karen hung in there and helped us negotiate it. Despite egregious delays on the part of the buyer's agent (a month and a half before we got our deposit back) and borderline unethical behavior (submitting a final offer to us, and then trying to come back with another number), Karen got them to back down on most of it. This year, they tried to hit us up for a repair to their "septic tank" that we supposedly hadn't disclosed. Afrter their agent "dumped it" on Karen, she spent more than a week calling the irrigation district, the company that had done their repair and other sources so that she could go back and tell them that it wasn't a septic tank, and that they had no claim against us. These people and their claims caused me a lot of stress at a really difficult time, and Karen smoothed the way for me. Highly recommended.
