Maintenance - Clean the condenser coil with detergent - Check and test all mechanical and electrical components. - Clean electrical compartment of all debris. - Tighten all electrical connections. - Inspect wiring for potential chafing or shorts. - Inspect indoor blower motor operations and air delivery. - Change air filter if supplied by customer or requested in advance by customer with exact size up to MERV 8. - Inspect and clear drain lines to prevent backups. - Upon completion, technician will make appropriate recommendations upon completion of the maintenance. Repairs -At Comfort, all technicians are trained mechanics capable of executing the most complex repairs. - We will identify what needs to be repaired to get your system again. - We will also find the root cause of the problem to prevent it from happening again. - We will make any and all recommendations with the reasoning behind them, leaving you informed and able to make appropriate decisions. - All repairs come with at least a one year limited warranty. Installations System upgrades are for customers who do not want to make any modifications to their current system because they have not experienced any comfort issues in the past. Our custom builds will address any concerns related to previous installations and to pursue perfect comfort with properly sized equipment and customized duct design, air balancing, and the highest standard of air filtration. Our Ductless Mini Split Installations are ideal when ductwork is not practical, when you only desire to heat or cool one room at a time, and to serve as supplemental heating and cooling for additions. This also utilizes the most energy efficient technology integrated with the lowest cost.
