Description of Work: Services were paid but unfortunately not 100% completed, that delayed the remodel of my bathroom. We discovers the 'shower' valve Patriot installed was in fact a bath valve and was installed upside down. Patriot also said they did not have the trim that normally comes with the valve. They refunded me $200 which was not even close to purchasing the trim kit for the valve they had installed. |I have since swapped out the valve for a standard common brand (incurring more costs) but using a new plumber I was referred to who did an excellent job

Description of Work: This is the second time we have used this company with excellent service and results. The first time they repaired the main water connection to our house that was leaking profusely on a Sunday morning at 8:00. The second service was to clear all of our drain pipes preparing for a season of heavy rain. They arrived on time and service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

They have been at our house twice, both promptly and performed all services for exactly what the quote was. We definitely recommend Dino and the team at Patriot Plumbing. Description of Work: Water kept leaking from my upstairs plumbing, and I hire them to fix it.

Description of Work: Replaced broken 1" PVC water main at water meter requiring the digging of an approx 1 1/2' X 3' hole down to the broken pipe. They also replaced the water regulator for the house. All done very quickly, neatly and efficiently.

Description of Work: My bathroom sink and toilet were backed up. My toilet wasn't flushing well either. Fred came out, as he had in the past. He was prompt, is the sweetest person on the planet, and so kind. He fixed the problems very quickly, except for the toilet. When I called to say the toilet still wasn't flushing, he came back out within 24 hours. He told me some of my pipes were in need of attention and that the toilet should be replaced. They are very competent. Perhaps this fee wasn't expensive, but it just seems so to me. They charge per item of service, not for the whole visit or time spent.

Description of Work: We were having toilet trouble. The innards of one toilet needed replacing. The toilet was overflowing onto the floor and seeping downstairs through the ceiling. The downstairs toilet needed a new handle. Patriot Plumbing's guy came out on short notice--on a Saturday night, no less--and didn't charge an arm and a leg for the emergency service. I would use them again. I was referred to them by someone at Home Depot, I think. At any rate, they're good, they're reasonable, and I'm happy about the experience.

Description of Work: Repair work on two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. The company did have to make a second trip out, but their work is good and their prices are fair. They even sent out a plumber on short notice on a Saturday night.
