The wonderful gentleman that came out was fantastic and is going to do a follow up because were still working on the problem but he is so diligent and I'm very impressed.

Good customer service, good work, Good prices. I would use him again. I would recommend him to anyone. That's saying alot these days !! Good repair guys are hard to find.

ROBSON from ROBSON appliances was really great! He ordered the parts I sent him pictures of what I needed. He fixed other things that were broken when he was here on my appliances. He had to order parts and when he got them then he came down here and put them in. Great guy. I give him five stars. AND TWO THUMBS UP, ?? ?? LIKE THE TWO MOVIE CRITICS!!

Robson responded to our Home Advisor request promptly and I will hire him again for repair of our appliances. He is knowledgeable, persistent and honest. Arrived promptly, too. Great service.

Robson did a diagnostic on my five year old Maytag washer that wasn't spin drying the clothes one hundred percent. He performed the diagnostics and came to the conclusion that it was a bearing problem. He didn't advise or try influence me to repair the unit but has left the decision completely up to me. I will decide over the next few days if I will repair or replace with a new of used unit. I appreciate Robson's attitude in leaving the decision up to me and not trying to make a pitch for more work.

They were a little late and called to tell me after I gave them my husband's number and asked them to call him if they needed to reach us. My husband was the person who would be home to meet them and I can't answer my phone at work, so calling me was useless.
