Robson was very professional, only took a minute to diagnose the problem with the washer, repaired the pump, got it all working again. He was particularly helpful in arranging a time to come to my home. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others, and I will call him again with any other appliance problems.

He came at 8:30PM and resolved the washing machine drain/pipe hose overflow in a few minutes. My plumber wasn't able to correct it.

He found the problem quickly, recognized problem that could not be fixed w/o additional connector for long term repair. He was able to fix it for now, asked if we wanted him to get the connector, we said yes. Happy with temporary repair. Looking forward to permanent fix! (Well, long term fix anyway).

I would really recommend that Robson study English. I teach English as a Second Language and I found him difficult to understand. He was friendly, prompt, and was able to resolve my leaking refrigerator ice maker in one visit, though I thought his charge was high.
