Dishwasher repair: I don’t use my dishwasher so I was doing the regular run through like your supposed to. I walked away came back in kitchen and their was soap all over the floor! Called Robson he put me on his schedule for today showed up on time and was very honest with me! I guess I put to much soap in the dang thing!! Like I said I don’t use the dishwasher! That’s it, he was truthful and very nice. If I need anything else done I will differently call him back.

The project has yet to finish. My Maytag dish washer needs a new panel. Robson advised this AM he has yet to locate a new panel, and if he does, it will not be "off-white" but "white". I've paid $59.00 thus far (service call) and nothing has happened yet to fix my washer. Doesn't look favorable at this moment.

He did a perfect job, was professional and polite, showed up on time and cleaned up after the job. Also, his price was reasonable. Now I have someone to call whenever I need my appliances serviced.
